Martin Vesterby is a doctor, an entrepreneur, and a whisky maker. With his philosophical approach to entrepreneurship, we dove deep into the importance of humbleness in a truly interdisciplinary team and the concept of T-shaped people. We also explored why more need-driven innovation is needed and the importance of validating your ideas - especially true in the healthcare sector. Martin is a self-proclaimed “impact junkie” who is passionate about seeing the impact of his work first-hand and instilling an innovative mindset in students across disciplines.
