Walking my guest, Zacha Belok, through this Encouragement Session, I felt a wave of hope wash over me. Zacha is a leadership coach, facilitator, and somatic practitioner whom I met at a Billy retreat. He was leading a multi-day workshop, and I could tell he had a deep understanding and a wealth of experience. What truly fills me with hope is Zacha’s honesty. It’s so rare in our modern world when leaders and teachers feel the pressure to be experts and have all the answers. Zacha brings a profound awareness that he’s guiding participants into new and innovative experiences, leading from a place of honesty and a willingness to learn. So, in encouraging Zacha, I feel uplifted by his honesty, wisdom, and reminded that my own process is to discover encouragement with each conversation.
