SpaceLogistics provides in-orbit satellite servicing to geosynchronous satellite operators using its fleet of commercial servicing vehicles and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman. We discuss what satellite servicing unlocks for the space economy, how large defense primes approach innovation differently from VC backed startups, and the value of geosynchronous orbit.
