Blake Lively has settled her claims against the Wayfarer Parties in the It Ends With Us lawsuit. Although there's usually no "total victor" when it comes to settlements, in this video, we're talking about why this particular settlement seems to point to a huge failure for Lively's litigation campaign.
CONTEXT:
Lively claims Baldoni sexually harassed her, then retaliated against her for complaining about the harassment by, among other things, trying to destroy her public image on social media. Baldoni, on the other hand, denies any harassment, and says Lively (and her husband Ryan Reynolds) are retaliating against HIM for putting up resistance against their efforts to usurp production of the movie.
