Video is becoming a bigger deal in podcasting, and RSS.com just added its first video plan — but adding video doesn't have to wreck your workflow.

I break down the exact process I use to produce my weekly Friday Wrap-Up in an hour or less: capturing ideas into a segmented format, writing the newsletter, recording in Ecamm, and editing in Gling. From there a Claude skill generates the episode assets and publishes straight to RSS.com through its API, so I barely touch the publishing step.
