Manoshi Bhattacharya is an ex-Indian Navy physician. Having discovered her passion for history and storytelling, she has to her credit many books like No Food Off Limits, Chittagong Summer of 1930, Charting the Deep: A History of the Indian Naval Hydrographic Department and The Royal Rajputs: Strange Tales Stranger Truths. She had delved deep into the history of food in India and the various influences on our food across 1000s of years.
