Next, we unpack his message to fathers, where perseverance is praised, but quitting is equated with total failure—regardless of context or harm done. Finally, we explore Gothard’s twisted logic on “redemption” through children, where failed dreams and past sins are passed down the family line like spiritual heirlooms. From racial undertones to misplaced responsibility, we confront how Gothard’s doctrine sidesteps true accountability and distorts biblical truth.
