Xbox's "reset" is here. With it came news that 3,200 employees with Xbox (15% of all employees) will be losing their jobs, 5 studios will be departing Xbox, Xbox lost 64 cents of every dollar invested, along with significant downstream impacts. Not content to let Xbox have all the fun, PlayStation announced that they are killing physical disc production in January 2028. This, understandably, resulted in what is probably the biggest public relations disaster in PlayStation history.
