Jenny McGrath is a licensed mental health counselor, a somatic therapist, and a movement educator. She's also the creator of the Embodied Sexuality Course. We had an incredible conversation about trauma therapy, deconstructing narratives about individualistic healing, and understanding healing as part of a community. We also talked about her missionary work in Uganda, BoJack Horseman and inter-generational trauma, and what it means to tend to your own body and story.
