Deer season is officially underway.
In this first episode of THE SEASON, I’m breaking down my first couple deer hunts of the year — what I saw, what went right, what I learned, and an exciting encounter that put me right in the game early.
This series is going to be a little different. Every week throughout deer season, I’m going to sit down and give you an honest look at what’s happening in the woods. The good hunts, the bad hunts, the close calls, the mistakes, the adjustments, and hopefully a few punched tags along the way.
No pretending every hunt is perfect. No acting like I have everything figured out.
Just deer hunting as it actually happens.
If you're hunting right now too, drop a comment and let me know how your season is going and what you're seeing in your area.
