This is a trailer for my new podcast called The Receiving Edge

I'm Sarah Blackah, and this is the short version of how I got here.

For about fifteen years I've mentored people through change, mostly women in leadership.
A few years ago I thought I'd cracked the code. A seven-figure business, a global health and wellness community, stages, travel, and a freedom-based life I'd built on purpose so it could one day support becoming a wife and mother.

Then came what my mentor called a life quake. Friendships I believed would last a lifetime ended, the financial future I'd built shifted underneath me, and I found myself grieving a future I thought I was building toward. I went quiet for a couple of years. Faith went deep, and yes, I mean Jesus, without the performance.

I healed a body that burnt out, when deep into dating and at the patterns keeping me from the thing I most wanted, and rebuilt just outside Byron Bay on foundations strong enough to hold the life I've been praying for.

I wanted to start this podcast once I had it all figured out. The husband, the baby, the seven-step process… but that was never the invitation. The invitation was to come as I am and to meet you in the messy middle, somewhere between who we are and who we're becoming next. So that's what this is. Honest conversations with thought leaders and guests about leading yourself through change and transition, dating and marriage in the 21st century, fertility and motherhood, vitality, wealth and freedom, the creative process, and the place where faith meets real life.
