After making a name for himself in the raunchy comedy space and becoming a becoming a bit of an icon for his relatable yet lightly flawed characters; Kevin changes course once again to something no one could have ever expected, horror movies.

Opening this new chapter for Kev is 'Red State,' a pre-MAGA ultra-conservative threat cult thriller that keeps the vulgarity, but adds a layer of intensity - showing the visual literacy possessed by the film maker. Then comes a 70s homage body-horror, informed by so much stoner-energy that you can smell the weed-smoke emanating off of it, in the shape of 'Tusk.'

Kane and Rhys unpack this new era for the director and how the change of style could hinder or build up his profile, and if the now prolific podcaster/stoner-icon/internet-personality knows how to do horror properly.
