In this episode, we're getting into self-doubt — where it comes from, why it can be particularly prevalent in veterinary, and the sneaky ways it can show up in practice.

We'll talk about perfectionism, comparison, unattainable standards, impostor phenomenon and some of the neuroscience behind why our brains can be so bloody good at spotting everything we think we're doing wrong.

I'll also share some of my own experiences of self-doubt, including when I first started The Positive Vet Nurse and wondered whether anyone would actually care about what I had to say.

And, most importantly, we'll get practical. I'll take you through an exercise to help you uncover where some of your self-doubt comes from, challenge the beliefs underneath it, and create a more helpful way of thinking about yourself.
