#193 - ‘The gas thing about gaslighting'

False self, deception & a nasty twist to attempt to make you doubt your intelligence, perception & reality..really sinister practice which seeks to devalue & diminish your sense of self, creating weakness, susceptibility & in some cases capitulation. This awful practice of gaslighting is carried out by extremely desperate, destructive people. Who are so deeply insecure they feel they need to control the other-to keep their love-of course this creates the opposite effect & we break free eventually..hopefully stronger & wiser!
