Join us for the second episode in this series that explores how we can use the divine feminine energy that exists within us all to support our creative expression and openness to transformation and change.

In this episode we take a deeper look at the vulnerability we might feel when navigating a world that often devalues and tries to silence the voice of the feminine.  By sharing learnings from both personal experience and other parts of the world, we explore some ways that our gentle power can become the strength and courage that resists the urge to harden or shut down.

We also think about how we relate to ideas of strength, weakness and power when talking about the feminine energy within ourselves and others.  We ask how these beliefs might be formed in us and consider the importance of examining their origins so that we can know ourselves more fully.

The journaling prompts are built into the main podcast rather than separated out to the end this time. Listen out for a series of questions that can be used in this way if this is something you usually follow up with.

We hope you enjoy this episode! If so then please consider leaving us a review or maybe share it with someone you think would benefit.
