In this episode, I open up about what it was like growing up with a father struggling with addiction and how that experience shaped me as a daughter, a woman, and now a voice in my community. Addiction is something many Latino families live through, but rarely talk about. I’m sharing my story to break that silence, honor the complexity of loving someone who is hurting, and remind anyone going through this that they are not alone.
