Social Media Hooks & Reels and Mom guilt

Hey Friend!

We’ve got to stop taking the bait!! If you’re like me, you have a long list of things you need to do, projects that need to be finished, or started…, and things you’ve been meaning to do, like call a long lost friend!  We just never seem to have enough time to squeeze it all in with such busy schedules!  but I bet you’ve spent a few hours scrolling social media this week!  Why is it we waste time for the stuff that doesn’t matter?
