There has been a HUGE "church growth" movement in my lifetime, but almost no one talks about the fact that Paul laid out a growth plan for us IN THE BIBLE.

The methods of growth the last few decades have really focused on prioritizing one of the gifts or equippers Paul lists in Ephesians at the expense of all the rest and I have to say, guys, it's creating very one-dimensional churches.
