On this episode, I had the privilege of sitting down with Heather Cooper Sellers, a Psychotherapist, writer, and intuitive reader. We discussed her values around maintaining congruency between her Therapist self and her authentic self as a key contributing factor to the longevity of her career in the healing arts. This has also been a catalyst for expanding her work into offering anonymous intuitive readings via her advice column on WhatsApp. We also shared mutual yet distinct experiences of a deepening sense of connection to intuition and creativity during the transition to motherhood. And, of course, we dove into the dream realm, unpacking a Jungian take on those pesky overflowing toilet dreams that so many of us know all too well.
