In this episode Peter King from Peter King Studio and Amanda Henderson take a deep dive into the creative processes of an exhibition designer. Sitting at the edge of the design world, the exhibition design process requires a detailed level of subject research, collaboration with curators and conservators that enables a new level of expression of the artists’ story.

Peter describes the spatial and visual elements that bring impact and nuance to every exhibition experience. Peter and Amanda met whilst working together on the inaugural NGV Gala in 2017 and have been comparing notes ever since.

Studio Peter King is a design practice specialised in creating exhibitions and related projects for arts and cultural organisations.
