Beginning in the late 1990s, two elderly women – Helen Golay and Olga Rutterschmidt – began working with a local church and befriended vulnerable, homeless men in Hollywood to help them get housing and assistance. Behind what appeared to be gracious benevolence, however, beat the hearts of greedy, scheming fraudsters, who didn’t care who they hurt in their quest for treasure.
