Just over three years after Rex Heuermann was arrested as the suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer, the legal proceedings have concluded. Although he was suspected of being responsible for the deaths of more than 10 women from 1993-2010, Heuermann pleaded guilty to, and was sentenced for, seven women. He’ll spend the rest of his life behind bars.
