On this installment of the Gutowski Files we sit down with investigative reporter Stephen Gutowski of thereload.com and discuss a recent 8th Circuit Court Of Appeals decision regarding a case similar to a recent SCOTUS case (U.S. v. Hemani) wherein the 8th circuit decided (unlike the Supreme Court) that an individual found to be a regular marijuana user could be stripped of their 2nd amendment rights. Both cases had backgrounds involving varying degrees of dangerousness of the defendants with Hemani alleged to have alleged terrorist ties and Baxter alleged gang ties that were considered by the lower courts but that is where the similarities ended.
