INFPs are strong leaders, we just don't lead like everyone else does or like most people expect. Think of Frodo carrying the ring to Mordor, or Luke Skywalker standing up to the Empire. They are reluctant heroes, and people gather around them because they want to support them, not because they're being forced to.
When we get stressed out as INFPs, we often panic, dip into Extroverted Thinking (Te), and try to play a loud, top-down commander character class that isn't ours. Our approach gets clunky and unwieldy because it's not our main skill set.
In this video, I break down how to stop forcing it and start leading from alignment instead of blunt force. We'll cover the "shield wall" strategy, how to use Introverted Feeling (Fi) and Extroverted Intuition (Ne) to decode team motivations, how to handle passive-aggressive behavior, and how to stand ground against aggressive types using direct proof of work.
