Over the past few weeks, I have been hearing constant rumblings about TSMC in Texas. Recently, the smoke has been getting hotter. Earlier this week, Tim Culpan - friend and podcasting partner - published on his newsletter Culpium that TSMC may get Elon’s Terafab as the anchor client for a future Texas fab. Elon was asked about the report on X and he posted, “Just discussions, but something may come of it”. I have no inside info on what’s going on. But we can speculate! In today’s video, I try to make sense of this latest potential investment from TSMC.
