Chocolate is delicious. It can be sweet. It can be bitter. It can have fruit or nuts. And it can be Swiss. It can be Japanese! But did you know it can be Taiwanese?

Taiwan has been making chocolate for a short time. About 25 years ago, some farmers started to grow cacao trees. Taiwan’s hot and humid weather made them easy to grow.
