Marin’s slice of pie:

2 oz bourbon

1.5 oz lemon juice 

2 bar spoons of peach preserves 

.25 oz cinnamon/brown sugar simple syrup

Egg white for froth (optional) 

Garnish with peach topped with cinnamon
