What happens when the life you've built no longer feels like the life you're meant to be living?
In this episode, I'm talking with Sam Tetzlaff, a certified Mystic Astrologer, Somatic Educator for Women, and coach with a background in Counseling Psychology. Sam shares her journey from working in traditional counseling to following the pull toward astrology, somatic work, and eventually creating a business that allowed her to bring the mind, body, and spirit together.
We talk about what it looks like to follow your curiosity when you don't know where it's leading, why your nervous system plays such an important role in your capacity for change, and how reconnecting with the body can help us navigate big transitions in our lives and businesses.
Sam also shares her perspective on the astrology of 2026, the larger collective shifts we're experiencing, embodied leadership, and why so many of us may be questioning systems, identities, and ways of living that no longer feel aligned.
In this episode, we talk about:
Following your curiosity without needing to know the outcome
The connection between your nervous system and your capacity for growth
Bringing together astrology, psychology, and somatic work
The major astrological shifts happening in 2026
Reconnecting with the body, intuition, and feminine energy
Embodied leadership and reclaiming your own agency
Navigating seasons when your old life no longer feels aligned
The importance of community and our individual roles in creating collective change
If you've been feeling the pull toward something different but aren't quite sure what comes next, this conversation is a reminder that you don't need to have the whole path figured out. Sometimes you just need to follow the next breadcrumb.
On October 26 Sam will be hosting a “Full Moon in Taurus women’s circle” inside of the Soulpreneur Collective. Join the membership community for women soulpreneurs now to be a part of this special Samhain-season gathering! https://jessparvin.com/the-soulpreneur-collective/
