When a dying woman asks Lady Death to be the godmother of her child, she inadvertently ties her daughter’s life to Death. The girl has a role now to play in maintaining the balance of the universe. But when faced with such power, will she take accountability for the lives she is responsible for or will Lady Death need to step in?
