In this episode, I talk with an amazing Photographer, Doron Gild ( www.dorongild.com ) Doron grew up in Jerusalem and moved to New York City at age 19 and ended up going to school at SVA. We discussed what that was like and he tells me how a meeting with a photo editor completely changed the way he shoots. Doron’s style is very cinematic and we discuss the amount of effort it takes to make his images come to life. We also discuss how one family portrait for Jon Bon Jovi ended up turning into a five-year relationship. And what it was like working with John Lithgow. This is a really fun and interesting episode.
