Senior Federal Judge Brinkema in her new Order about the “weaponization fund” declared, in effect, that Acting AG Todd Blanche continued unwillingness to testify under oath and “put anything in writing” about the Fund actually supports her view that the fund is not “dead” but that Trump and Blanche still want to revive it if they can get away from Court oversight.
