Just moments after he was told that he would be nominated to be the AG, Todd Blanche is already embroiled in a new ethical scandal, this time having his DOJ accused of violating the most sacrosanct grand jury secrecy rules in intentionally leaking to the press a DRAFT, unsigned version of a superseding indictment BEFORE it was presented to the grand jury, against the Southern Poverty Law Center.
