Eve Rodsky is a New York Times best-selling author, mum of three, and the creator of the Fair Play movement, which aims to find a new solution to an age-old problem: women shouldering the majority of the unpaid domestic work and childcare for their home and family.

Eve explains the mental load and society's unsustainable expectations and assumptions made on gender. She tells Turia about her "blueberry breakdown": how a text message from her husband about not buying blueberries left her crying in her car, as she juggled a newborn, and a toddler needing to be picked up from preschool. Eve says it was the moment she realised things needed to change.
