Max (Robert De Niro), a rapist is released from jail after 14 years. He goes to seek revenge on his lawyer, Sam (Nick Nolte), who did not fully fulfil his duty in reducing Max’s prison term, even after having the necessary proof. Max goes mad at stalking and torturing Sam and his family. Sam finally confesses his wrongdoing in front of his family.
