This movie is very well done and has 34 different government and former government employees that have been interviewed and give compelling statements about how non human intelligence exists. It has been interacting with humanity and it's been doing so for a very long time. This is theme of The Age of Disclosure.
For years many people have been working to get our government to admit the data that they posses that proves that we are not alone. They are very close. Now it is up to us to keep the fire they started burning. Burning so brightly the government must disclose the truth they have been hiding for so long!
