-Diksha Gera, Bloomberg Intelligence Global Fintech and Payments Analyst, discusses Visa striking a deal to buy BioCatch, which uses artificial intelligence to detect fraud, for $2.4 billion in cash. The company is purchasing BioCatch from funds advised by Permira and other shareholders, and the transaction is expected to close in the fiscal second quarter of 2027, according to a statement Monday. BioCatch works with more than 350 banking clients across the world.

-Brian Egger, Bloomberg Intelligence Senior Gaming and Lodging Analyst, discusses Marriott International Earnings. Marriott International shares declined after the company said that room growth for 2026 would likely come in at the lower end of earlier guidance, driven by construction delays in the Middle East.
