This is a foundational teaching every believer needs to hear. God's character is love; Satan's character is fear. It is truly that simple. Jesus must reveal God's nature to us so that we can overcome and destroy the works of the enemy. Moses understood the ways of God, while the children of Israel only understood His acts. To truly know God's character, we must intentionally choose to go deeper with Him so that God's ways and character are revealed to us.
