Congratulations & Reservations: An Initial Reaction to Joe Schmidt's Conversion (w/ Phil Bair)

Being personal friends with Caleb Jackson, I knew of the Atheist philosopher professor Joe Schmidt's current leanings toward Christianity for about a year or so before he announced his conversion. Joe even subscribed to my channel to follow some of my Shroud Wars shows and episodes on Eucharistic miracles from time to time (although I think he has totally forgotten me at this point lol).Anyways, I wanted to wait and not do an immediate and uninformed reaction to Joe's conversion, which I think is a great initial step toward Christ's kingdom on Joe's part- I truly welcome Joe to God's family as a brother in Christ and congratulate him accordingly; however Phil Bair felt it was necessary to provide an initial reaction to at least cover some general and initial reservations we had to his embracing of Catholicism on grounds that don't seem entirely logically or Biblically sound.
