From FOMO to VIP Experiences: Jackie Botelho on Experiential Concierge, ABCVIP & “Jackie’s House”
For this @SilverDisobedience Perception Dynamics episode, host Diane Griesel interviews Jackie Botelho, founder of ABCVIP, about how “experiential concierge” differs from transactional and lifestyle concierge services. Jackie and her team turn routine outings — especially dining — into unforgettable experiences through deep restaurant relationships and curated access. Ms. Botelho explains how ABCVIP serves high net worth clients and its VIP members via a la carte services and also retainer-style memberships curating all-inclusive dining experiences and managed nights out. Her clientele includes organizations like Major League Baseball, the Yale Club, and Excel Properties.
A new venture she also introduces is “Jackie’s House,” a small, curated under-20 guest event series featuring locally sourced, made-from-scratch food, privacy rules like no phones and no politics, and a focus on community. Ms. Botelho shares her career path from sales to pioneering a hotel concierge program, launching ABCVIP in 2018, and building toward global expansion via La Trek.
