What does it look like to redefine well-being, not just as a personal practice, but as a movement? In this episode, I sit down with Colleen Wachob, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of mindbodygreen, to talk about what it really means to pursue a life of holistic health, purpose, and longevity.

Colleen shares how a life-altering health scare shifted everything, ultimately leading her and her husband Jason to build mindbodygreen into the global wellness platform it is today. We unpack what true well-being means through her lens—one that includes the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental and how simplicity, breath, and tuning into your body can be powerful daily tools.

We also explore the changing landscape of women's health, how the conversation around longevity is starting younger than ever, and why building community might just be the most underrated key to living well. Colleen opens up about her own non-negotiables, how strength training transformed her routine, and why empowering young women is deeply personal to her.

This conversation is full of wisdom, warmth, and real-life takeaways you can begin applying today. Whether you're new to wellness or decades into the journey, there's something here for you.
