With a career that started in banking, Ed talks about his entry route into the Residential sector and the benefits that stemmed from running his own business as a 'young entrepreneur'. He displays and explains the benefits of pursuing some entrepreneurialism and the importance of going at a quick pace, being prepared to step outside your comfort zone and simply 'acting like a sponge'.
