What is the nature of consciousness? Can a robot or Alien or computer be conscious? Absurd as all of this sounds, in light of recent events with ChatGpt and LaMDA, the hard question of "what is like to be" a machine is back on the table.   In this episode of The Dolores Project, I am joined by Thomas Telving.
