Reinhard Grimm, Executive Vice President, ATM Civil, Frequentis joins our Editor-in-Chief Claudia Bacco to discuss a strategic overview of the current state of the ATM market, ANSP challenges, innovation for the future and technology.

Reinhard Grimm has over 20 years of experience in mission-critical communications, with a strong focus on public safety and air traffic management. Since joining the Frequentis Group in 2006, he has held various leadership roles in product and solution management. In July 2024, he was appointed Executive Vice President Air Traffic Management.

Prior to this, he served as Director Product Line Incident & Crisis Management, leading the development of solutions that support control rooms and crisis teams worldwide.

Reinhard is particularly passionate about modernising ATC infrastructure, and under his leadership, Frequentis continues to advance the integration of voice and automation technologies, unlocking the final silos in air traffic control and paving the way for next-generation safety and efficiency.
