Hello and welcome to another episode of the Dermatillo-diaries! Today I have with me a very special guest, Natasha Negovanlis.

Natasha is a Canadian Screen Award winning actress, as well as a writer and producer, based out of Toronto, Canada who gained popularity for playing the “broody lesbian vampire” Carmilla in the series and movie of the same name. Since then, she has had a number roles in films and television shows and has earned a global fanbase on social media, where she is admired for her candid posts about mental health awareness, intersectional feminism, and positive 2SLGBTQ+ representation.

In this conversation, we discuss the difficulties of dermatillomania (compulsive skin picking disorder) whilst working under the spotlight, what has helped Natasha manage her skin picking as well as how she shared her truth, publicly.
