Courtney Sinclair is an inspiring stand-up paddler instructor based in Ontario, Canada, who sees experiences in wilderness as a way to connect within and access self-discovery. Her job is - as she says herself - "to support the exploration of both external and internal landscapes and create space to breathe and access our power center, to hear our own voice clearly and feel aligned, using nature as a mirror." The most fascinating adventure there is for sure.
