Step 3 - Pay Attention to the Breath!*

*Pay attention to the spot below the nostrils and above the upper lip. This spot is the focus of the meditation and helps improve concentration. It's easiest if you keep your mouth closed because it helps you feel the breath through the nose. Good luck! :)
