What becomes possible when we stay relational, even through disagreement? In this episode, Guy Sengstock introduces Circling - a structured practice of vulnerability, self-awareness and attentive listening that can deepen relationships and community connection. We explore synergy, dissonance, and how to be upset without becoming defensive or forgetting each other’s humanity. It's a refreshing conversation between two leaders about the sacredness of relating - and the unexpected third space that can emerge when we seek understanding together.
