The Well Deserved was the name Jackie and Tom Hawks decided on for their trawler turned yacht that they purchased after years of hardship and hard work. The couple was ecstatic to be living on the sea and happily did so for two years. But when they became grandparents in 2004, they decided to retire their sea legs and make an onshore home base to be closer to family. Unfortunately, the sale of their boat led to an unthinkable tragedy.
