The Warner Archive is CELEBRATING animator TEX AVERY with a 4-disc DIFINITIVE SCREWBALL COLLECTION BLU-RAY and a stand-alone Screwball Collection Volume 4 Blu-ray, both releasing on December 11th. Animation historian Jerry Beck and the Warner Archive's George Feltenstein join the podcast to announce and provide details about these releases. We dig into how a definitive Tex Avery MGM Blu-ray release comes together, and what else is included, including extras and a 72-page booklet. Jerry and George also explain why fans get two buying options and how collectors are a key to ongoing preservation.
