Sitara Huseynova, President of the World Association for the Development of Philately (WADP), Director of the Stamp Department at Azerpost, and Vice-Chair of PostEurop's Stamps and Philately Working Group, discusses how philately is evolving to remain relevant in an increasingly digital world.
